1. I’m a lifelong athlete and use my background as a former gymnast, college athlete, fitness instructor, marathoner, and personal trainer to build fun, effective, creative Pilates workouts.

3. I started teaching Pilates over 20 years ago and have helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals.
4. On-demand pilates workouts using the reformer, chair, tower, jumpboard, and mat.
5. I am a NCPT (nationally certified Pilates teacher) and have a MS in both Exercise Science and Health Enhancement and Appraisal.
6. My workouts are designed to help you feel stronger, leaner, energized, balanced, and empowered.
