1. 于右任先生早在二十年代末期,他就开始研究草书,致力于草书标准化、规范化的工作。作为一个爱国主义者,于先生痛感祖国文字书写费时,识难用迟,作为书法的草书,草法多样,学用皆难,历来推而不广,与社会需要很不适应,于是,便在一九三二年集合了有志于草书改革的同仁在上海创立了标准草书社。于先生亲自主持和领导草书社,将历代草书做了一番系统的整理和总结。正如于先生所说:“所谓标准,是拿古人的草书做标准的,是从先古圣哲千余年的演进当中,归纳出来有条不紊,易识、易写、准确、美丽的草法”。 因此,“广草书于天下,以求制作之便利,尽文化之功能,节省全体国民之时间,发扬民族传统之利器,岂非当今急务欤!
