1. I Created a Monster (ICAM) is fun game-based experience to help children aged 3-6 recognize and regulate strong emotions both in themselves and others.
2. As kids play games to help Charlie be himself again, they learn strategies for coping with strong feelings in themselves and recognizing strong feelings in others.
3. Meant for children and caregivers to do together, ICAM introduces you to Charlie, a 4-year old who turns into a monster when his feelings get to be too much.
4. Depending on how he's feeling, Charlie may turn into a: MAD, SCARED, SILLY, or NERVOUS Monster.
