1. Operator mode allows operator to record each staff member who has arrived at the meeting point.
2. Normal mode allows each registered user of iVivaCloud to ‘count themselves’ as safely arrived at the assembly point during the evacuation.
3. As each staff member is counted, app shows a count down indicating list of unaccounted staff members according to today’s attendance recoded by Card Access system in the building.
4. In Operator mode, app periodically synchronizes its data with other operators using the same app, thereby providing a single count list for every operator.
5. App allows operator to view details of any staff member, and to call to find where they are.
6. App needs to be registered with iVIvaCloud installation by entering “Domain ID”, “User ID” and “Registration Code” supplied by the system administrator of iVivaCloud installation.
7. Based on the credentials entered during app registration, app will choose its operating mode: (a) Operator Mode, or (b) Normal mode.
8. Staff member can be identified by entering "Card ID" or by scanning the "QR Code" printed on their identity card.
9. It also allows users to send a message to operators.
10. Self-accounting option is only available when evacuation session is in progress.
11. This app ONLY works with an installation of iVivaCloud.
