  • Worst email app in the world.

    By Aquaclod
Tried it a few years ago and doesn’t appear to have progressed. Went back to IOS apps. Synching with exchange. Company just moved to 365 and suggested the app. Downloaded and yes no progress. Can’t synch outlook notes, can’t switch to calendar when writing a mail without closing the mail, plus loads of other irritants such as losing mails. However the worst impact was the rate at which my battery lost power. With the app running my battery needed recharging after 3-4 hours rather than the previous 7 -8 hours. Not built for business gone back to IOS where all the apps notes, contacts, calendar, mail are separate instances but synched to Outlook exchange so easy to Swich between data sources. Whoever wrote this app has no knowledge of business requirements when on the move.

New update is slow to open up - slower than before
  • Office outlook on apple

    By spys r us
I have to use this as work felt there were some benefits. I don't feel any. I get this painful lag at start up, so much so I feel like closing the app. I keep deleting ones I want as the swipe is overly sensitive. And then they aren’t there to recover from deleted items. Photos don’t ask to resize like on an apple before attaching, again slowing life to a crawl. 95% of the time they refuse to post and end up in drafts, where magically 100% reliably you can resend straight away. I ought to resign so I can get away from this unpleasant to usr time wasting rubbish
  • App is now slow

By Screen size needs to change
Since the recent update the app is very slowing on opening/loading, even when reading an email there is a delay for the blue unread symbol to disappear.
  • Searching old emails

    By casa de Jimena
Mine does operate great in all cases but when searching for old emails some don’t go the way back as I ask them to. Could there be a fix of this soon, please?
  • Poor in places

Apple phishing emails end up in my inbox while my Apple invoices end up in junk. 🤷🏾‍♀️
  • Good in parts

In all honesty this is clunky on iOS. As expected it works well with Outlook Calendar. It really is unforgivable not to have the Outlook address book integrated with this program. Who thought it was a good idea not to carry the full Windows facilities through to the iOS version I cannot imagine. One should not need a work around for something as basic as this. Whilst not so important, for me at least, it also makes little sense to have One Note as a stand-alone package not integrated into Outlook. Could do a lot better.
  • Rubbish App

    By Whitty9704
If I could rate this app as zero stars I would. You can be working away quite happily reading emails and it decides for itself that you’re finished and just deletes it. Not even moved to Deleted or Archive folder. Deleted completely. But then I shouldn’t expect much more from Bill Gates and his cronies.
  • App fail

    By Hettie66
Following updated app I can no longer access my imap mail account - no solution offered by Microsoft - just standard answers that don’t solve the issue- so frustrating
  • Latest version slow

    By Lots 1 & 3
I downloaded the latest version this week and it takes ages to open and still not able to collapse folders.
