    It took me a while to get my head around it but it has everything. I never pay for an app but this one is great. Flexible: you can add your own workouts and change things up as you go. I actually really like the community chat they have to - encourages you to keep going! 💪🏼 The planning is so helpful. Meals, shopping lists and then a suggestion of what your weekly work out should look like. It’s a great starter to creating healthy habits. I only gave it four stars because I am sure I am not using it to its full potential and it took me a while to get my head around it but I have every faith it is 5 star material.

    Be very careful with the “free trial”. I cancelled within the trial period and even had an email to confirm the cancellation. However, a week later I was charged a months subscription with no warning. Went back into the app and still had full access despite cancelling. Have emailed but not hopeful of money back.

    Just finished my 7 day free trial which was my first week of build 1.0 (skipped the beginner phase as I already lift). I was really sceptical about trying this but I’m really happy to say that I totally love it!! Ive followed Stephanie sanzo for a while and think she’s ace. Her workouts combined with the sweat ap format are a total winner. Really excited about continuing!

    Was really looking forward to using this app as I’ve herd great stuff about it. However, when I open the app it’s just a blank screen and doesn’t load. I have updated the app turned my phone off. Still not working.

    One of the best workout apps I’ve used. The circuits are easy to follow and the instructions are clear. The sweat community is great to be a part of its very motivating. I have recommended to many friends. What would be the one thing that would prove it would be if you could make the workouts available offline, my gym in underground and if the WiFi is busy I can’t see what’s next on my workout as it won’t load and sometimes kicks me out the app.

    Have used Kayla itsines workouts in the past and really got some great results. But now using this App I’ve found it is really easy to use and love how many options for workouts you get. The workouts got me really sweaty so I definitely feel good results are on the horizon :)

    So lets get to the point, first when you sign in it forces you to pay monthly or yearly and I didn’t want that so I pressed back and I tried signing in again without payment but there was just ‘pay monthly or yearly’ no free stuff anyways I wanted to get the app to get fit and it is just rubbish DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU DONT WANT PAYMENT sure waste your time on downloading
