    I have been an avid user or kayla’s guides since 2014 and the development since then is phenomenal. You literally have everything you need in one app and as a busy, working mom this guide fits in perfectly. It has taught me so much about myself. How to commit myself. Patience. Healthy lifestyle. Balance. Learning to love my body after a baby. Using it before and after a baby, I can honestly say it has worked brilliantly well for the busy life I lead. The exercises are hard but wow do you work and feel good for it afterwards! You don’t need any equipment if you don’t want to buy any. I adapted pretty much every exercise to suit my needs after a csection and didn’t use any equipment at all for the first three months. The only thing I would say, I struggle to follow the food guide purely on the basis that there are quite a few ingredients on there that I cant easily access in the uk. Plus some of the recipes are time consuming or involves too many ingredients that will just sit in my cupboard after only one meal. If you’re still not sure, I would 100% suggest the trial. There is soooo many options to help you and the guide and layout could not be easier to follow.

    Do not bother to download. I was appalled to find that the free trial I thought I had signed up for did not kick in and was charged £89.99 for a one year subscription which I cannot get a refund for! I signed up, cancelled within a few days and was still charged!! Appalling customer service who refuse to get back to you despite chasing for over 2 months. Save your money and use an app that doesn’t rip you off

    Keeps me motivated and easy to follow. It’s the only workout routine I’ve returned to time and time again. First did BBG in 2015, PWR in 2018 and now I’m back on BBG again. Suitable for all levels and gym or home workouts.

    I am following the Kelsey Wells PWR programme. In general it’s great and very easy to follow. Would be great if: - you could see what weight you had used for an exercise the previous time you did it - you had options for an exercise without the machine (especially cable machines). In a really busy gym it can sometimes be hard to get on the machines so an alternative would be helpful

    This app is fab, tells you exactly what to do and when which helps me get an efficient work out... as I am usually a faffer setting up machines and having breaks between sets etc. Only problem is I can’t find anywhere where I can switch from gym based workout to home based workout? Sometimes I can’t make it to gym so would be good if you can easily switch between the two x

    I followed Kelsey for a while on Instagram before finally taking the initiative and getting the Sweat App. No regrets!!!! I LOvE it! So much so, that I exercised with Sweat through my two week holiday this year, inspiring my two teenage daughters to join me. I honestly looked forward to each week on the programme. The physical results are there for sure - but the cognitive and psychological benefits have been just awesome. Walking taller. Feeling stronger!! Love it!!
