The mathematical model used in this application was published in 2008 (BMJ 2008;336:425) and was conceived using data from the CRASH study (The Lancet, Volume 364, Issue 9442, Pages 1321 - 1328, 9 October 2004). This application is intended for medical professionals involved in the management of patients with traumatic brain injuries.
