1. Places & Photos is a convenient app for saving GPS positions together with photos and text notes. - Add new places based on the GPS or by pointing on the map. - Store photos and a text description for each place. - The app is storing internal copies of all photos (in medium resolution), so you will not loose them, even if an original photo is deleted from your album.
2. Note that address based search is not supported.
3. The idea is to either store a location based on the GPS or by manually looking up the place on the map.
