9. There are also a handful of upgrades that you can utilise which can mean the difference between victory and defeat against a clever and challenging AI.
10. Classic old-school resource collection mechanics are favoured as well as simple clear graphics.
11. You build a refinery to harvest minerals and convert them to money.
