  • Improve map enlargement

    By ziggyzak999
I love google maps so much better than apple version but google why can’t you improve the enlargement so when you make the map bigger the motorway junction numbers also get bigger. At moment they stay the same tiny size which makes it hard to see easily the junction numbers on UK motorways
  • Out of date

  • Mixed mode why can’t I change it?

    By FullPowerfulMoon
In the new google maps there is a new way to find my commute ‘mixed mode’ where it involves drive and public transport! What the hell is this and why I can’t change it? I don’t have a car and I don’t want to see my best routes taking a car to get to the bus stop! I like to walk and I don’t mind walking long distances to get to my best route but now I can’t see walking+public transport as the app just gives me the option driving+public transport. Please change this! Not everyone has a car!!!
  • Amazing App however.....

    By Nuji..77
I wish to adjust the route given to me. There are 3 main alternative routes which the app suggests. i.e. 2min faster or 3min slower. But I can see there are a few other routes which can be taken. It would be more brilliant if I can route it myself which could be a quicker route to getting to your destination. Please add this to the app it would make it even better for iPad and iPhone.
  • Very glad to have this useful app.

Really easy to use and on point!
  • Needs a way to remove “explore nearby”

    By Timbo K
My go to app for maps (though looking forward to seeing what improvements Apple can bring to its own maps app in ios13. But what I’d really want to see is a way to completely disable the annoying explore nearby pop up. I guess some might love it, but the fact it covers half the map every time I open the app really annoys me. It’s a map app, I want to see the map not stuff that I’d use trip advisor for.
  • Ability to add notes!!

    By jonnygoldsbrough
I use google maps a lot and they have finally added the ability to add notes to a place that you save on a list - really useful for me! Thanks google!
  • How about being up to date once in a while?

    By gyurme69
Living in London it’s not too much to ask to be updated about tiny little things like: the bus won’t be here for the next week” or there are currently some works done here so this bus stop don’t exist” before the app sends you there. Google from all the companies should be a little bit more informed in those matters. I have had few situation when I had to walk for 40 minutes just trying to find nearest working bus stop due to lack of information on google maps. Enough is enough- happy to AGAIN leave google maps and never return.
