1. To change the meditation duration, the timer display element is tapped, to change the number of meditation periods the gray circle segments are tapped.
2. It may guide you through meditation sessions consisting of maximum three sitting meditations, intermitted by short walking periods.
3. After finishing the session, mediTibem presents a small motivational thought on meditation.
4. The app display remains active during sessions for information about the current meditation phase.

6. Additionally, individual meditation times can be edited via the systemwide settings app.
7. Touching the screen outside the timer face circle activates contextual help information.
8. It uses genuine bells and wood clapping sounds from instruments used in live sessions.
9. When running, a short tap will pause or re-start the session, a long tap will stop the session.

11. The phone may be put on mute, meditibem still sounds the bells.
