You choose the leader most like you and follow their plan. - The App gives you access to the leaders daily Food and Fitness plan. - It shows you how to cook the daily meals on the Food Plan. -There is a vegetarian option, select when signing into the app the first time. - You will have access to the weekly shopping list. - The Fitness videos show you how to do your daily workout with the OT Fitness Expert.

4. The App allows you to follow the Operation Transformation food and fitness plan.
