3. This version for Auckland, on New Zealand's North Island, locates places around the city and surrounding areas, extending northwards through the Hauraki Gulf in th east and the town of Warkworth in the west and south to Lake Waikare.
4. In fact there are around 8,000 places of interest viewable within the App including Waiheke and Rangitoto Islands and of course the many sky scrapers at the harbour downtown including the Sky Tower.
