1. The Provider Digital Access (PRODA) Code Generator will generate a verification code to offer additional security when logging into your Department of Human Services (DHS) Provider Digital Access account.
2. You will need to be able to access this app on your smart device each time you attempt to login to your PRODA account.
3. You can then use this code along with your username and password to securely login to your PRODA account.
4. First you must create a PRODA account (humanservices. gov. au/proda).
5. Once you have created your PRODA account you will need to link the app to it.
6. Once set-up, each time you open the app it will generate a unique 6 digit code.
7. To link the app enter your PRODA username and password in the app when prompted.
8. You do not require network or cellular connection to generate a code via the app.
