2. But these normal values are just estimates, to get the maximum out of the 5:2 Fast Diet you should consume a quarter of the calories needed to maintain your particular weight.
3. This value is different for each person because it takes into account your gender, age, weight, height & normal activity level.
4. You may have wondered how we came up with the recommendation that women have 500 calories and men have 600 calories on a Fast Day.
