3. Once you have purchased your label simply print it off and drop your item at your nearest post office.

5. This customs charge must be paid to An Post within 16 working days for your item to be released for delivery.

8. If you are having your returns item collected there is no need to print any returns label as our postal operative will have done this for you before they collect the item.
9. If you don't have a printer we will print the label for you in the post office.
10. Track & Trace allows you to track the progress of a delivery online, from acceptance right through until the item is delivered.
11. If you don’t have a printer, we will print it for you in the post office.
