  • RIP off

    By straightwhiteguy
They charge £10 per month to use this app, what a rip-off.
  • Please, no

I want an app which lets me sync bits of file storage between my phone and my Mac. Like Dropbox has done, painlessly, for years. I'm willing to pay for this service. I don't want it to try and run my life. Oh well: there must be alternatives.
  • Like slow death

    By Nkersov
Dropbox used to be essential, and is still moderately useful. But the developers keep adding stuff that nobody asked for, and taking away features that were of benefit. Such as serving HTML pages. One day, a rival will take up the mantle, then Dropbox will be sorry for trying to squeeze every last cent out of their subscribers. Nic
  • Doesn’t run in the background

    By Livelyaria
Despite what it says this app doesn’t seem to store instructions to use my data allowance or upload in the background. So my phone goes to sleep 20 times whilst I’m uploading my photos. I love Dropbox but I think the app is terrible.
  • Used to be great

    By Peter Piper's Pickles
I’ve used this app for years and was very happy, but the removal of sync to all devices feels a bit scammy. Now researching other services.
  • Dropbox

Don’t know how to use so please take me off my of your subscription for this thank
  • Devices update

    By Yello Yezzo
This new “only three devices” malarkey has ruined the app experience for me. Having 5 devices that regularly need logging into makes for a lot of hassle but for the amount I actually have stored, it is not worth me paying the small fortune it costs to go premium. Oh well
  • Latest version removes a lot of useful and long-standing functionality

    By benspicer
For example, it’s now not possible to save files locally on your phone any more so that you don’t need internet to access them.. a long standing feature. Unless you now pay £8.99 a month! Thanks Dropbox.
