5. But cheap-and-quick energy sources will leave you feeling even more fatigued than you initially were once they wear off.
6. We have different levels at which we can give and receive this energy.
7. Your energy is effected by those around you, the weather, the planets and stars, noise, food and more.
8. But that's not the only (or even the most effective) way to increase your energy levels.
9. Everything and everyone in your life is created by and generates energy.
10. Department of Labor statistics, our parents and grandparents worked around 1,600 hours a year in 1979, compared to 1,800 a year in 2007.
11. The most important thing to realize is we all operate at a different frequency.
