3. There are no restrictions on the number of workout plans created or the number of workouts performed unlike similar free workout apps.
4. There is an additional download available that allows you to further analyse your workouts and track your body dimensions and weight as they change over time.
5. On the main workout view, a percentage is shown which allows you to easily see if you have matched or exceeded your previous workout.
6. When entering reps and weights for each individual exercise, a list of the previous reps and weights performed will be shown so that you have a clear benchmark.
7. Each workout plan performed will set a baseline which the next workout plan will compare against.
8. Gym Tracker is about planning and creating flexible workouts that can be edited and amended on command.
9. This information is displayed graphically and numerically.
